Ananas e-commerce is a startup founded by Delta Holding to connect shoppers and merchants on a reliable e-commerce platform. We are using the latest technology and innovation to make online shopping simple, easy, and always available.

We are aiming to become the biggest e-commerce platform in the Ex-YU region. Starting with Serbia, we are determined to shortly after be present on the markets of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, Croatia, and Slovenia. The platform launch is planned for summer 2021.

Sales Manager Cold Leads
Description:

SALES MANAGER COLD LEADS

Location: Niš and Novi Sad

As the Sales Manager for Cold Leads, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to drive growth and revenue for our company. You will manage the entire sales process from lead generation to onboarding and work closely with other teams to ensure consistency in messaging and approach. As the Sales Manager for Cold Leads, you will need to have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as a deep understanding of the sales process. You should be passionate about sales, have a results-driven mindset, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be assigned to a territory, and prospect leads and convert them to accounts, based on the business strategy needs.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to generate and convert cold leads into onboarded merchants, leveraging various channels including cold-calling, email outreach, and networking events.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to onboarding, including negotiation of terms and contract agreements, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and other teams to ensure consistency in messaging and approach, and provide feedback to continuously improve sales strategies and tactics.
  • Regularly update and maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress in the CRM system, providing insights to the Head of Sales to drive informed decision-making.

SENIOR DATABASE ENGINEER

Belgrade, Serbia

As a Senior Database Engineer, you will configure, monitor and tune our microservice databases deployed on AWS. Further, you will be responsible for, development, implementation, maintenance and support of MySQL and PostgreSQL databases running on a wide range of platforms that are building the Ananas ecosystem. Key responsibilities:

Administering and maintaining our MySQL/PostgreSQL databases running on AWS. Building robust, reliable, and effective database management solutions for our microservices architecture. Perform database configuration, monitoring, and tuning.

  • Analyze and resolve application availability and performance issues related to database infrastructure in coordination with development and incident management teams. Find root cause of database infrastructure issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Create and test data backups. Provide data cleansing services, verifies data integrity, and implement access controls. Develop and implement database patching strategy to keep environment secure, reliable, and highly available.
  • Close cooperation with development and Ops teams. Assist developers of data exposure, memory optimization and backups. Participate in 24/7 support by acting as an escalation point for any production issues and provide mentorship and guidance to team colleagues.
Competencies:

5+ years of experience with Databases administration and development experience – from installation, maintenance, development, optimization, and performance tuning

  • Demonstrated experience with Cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure) and microservices

As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of CRM strategies and initiatives, focusing on improving customer experience, lifetime value, and loyalty. Key responsibilities:
  • Creating efficient and cost-effective campaigns and programs in coordination with Commercial, Marketing, and IT teams.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Belgrade, Serbia

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with merchants and driving their growth and success on our platform. You will play a critical role in identifying opportunities to increase GMV and number of active merchants, as well as in monitoring and analyzing merchant performance to identify areas for improvement. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to manage a portfolio of at least 100 merchants, increase GMV per account, and maintain high levels of merchant engagement and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

Managing and developing a portfolio of 100+ merchants accounts, ensuring that each account meets or exceeds the set KPIs, such as GMV, retention, and satisfaction, and implementing effective account management strategies.

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at each account, acting as a trusted advisor and providing guidance and support, while identifying areas for improvement and addressing them proactively.
  • Re-negotiating contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring that both parties are satisfied with the terms and conditions, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue and customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities:

Develop, systematize, lead, and manage all product development initiatives for mobile app and customer portals, focusing on the business objectives, customer experience and scalability

  • Define and prioritize product features, development, and improvements based on a clear understanding of business goals and customer requirements.
  • Create, and maintain based on business needs and requirements, containing detailed product specifications, user stories, interface sketches, , and project plans that thoroughly describe the functionalities to be developed and their value to the business to manage the product development process.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS SPECIALIST

Belgrade, Serbia

As a Google Analytics specialist you will coordinate the implementation and optimization agenda for GA4 across the business, working across multiple channels and data sources to build accurate performance insights for platform and drive CRM and Performance marketing results.

Key responsibilities:

Leverage support of in-house Data Team, CRM and Performance Marketing teams to maintain and develop GA4  and GTM implementation.

  • Work across multiple Ananas eCommerce platforms in different markets to define data architecture, and test deployment across owned channels.
  • Work towards product roadmaps, translating requirements in the set-up of GA4 tagging and ensuring that Google Tag Manager and data Layers are integrated across channels.
  • Setup and maintain GA4 Properties and user interface configurations, refreshing and updating as regularly as necessary.
  • Ensure all methodologies and implementation specifications are well documented.
  • Advocate quality and standardization of data capture across web properties and mobile apps, investigate data quality issues and work with colleagues in the Marketing team to troubleshoot and problem solve tracking issues that arise.
  • Perform regular analytics health checks in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and leverage processes to interrogate data quality when it comes to new implementations and the roll-out of tracking enhancements.

IT HELP DESK OPERATOR

Belgrade, Serbia

As a IT Help Desk Operator you will provide first-level application support to users, diagnosing and resolving issues, and escalating critical incidents. Additionally, it includes managing the problem resolution process, communicating with development teams and partners, and monitoring the SLAs.

Key responsibilities:

Application support. Provide first-level application support to internal and external users, following defined incident management processes, instructions, and SLAs; Perform triage, diagnose, and resolve application issues for users; Escalate incidents according to defined escalation processes and manage the critical incident resolution process.

  • Problem resolution. Manage the problem resolution process at various support levels, including communicating with development teams and external partners to efficiently resolve issues; Resolve complex incidents and test application functionality after applying fixes or additional configurations to verify reported issues.
  • Monitoring and reporting. Monitor agreed service level agreements (SLAs) based on predefined metrics (KPIs). Report on incident management process performance and contractual obligations of external partners.

SENIOR DEVOPS ENGINEER

Belgrade, Serbia As a Senior DevOps Engineer, your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing cloud-based solutions using AWS services. You will be an integral part of our team that literally serves as a "basket" for our exotic microservices that are building the Ananas ecosystem. This position offers you a unique opportunity to implement the best practices in Cloud, DevOps, and SecOps, building Infrastructure as Code and ensuring the reliability and high performance of our in-house built platforms. Challenging, isn't it?

Key responsibilities:

Cloud infrastructure. Design, develop, and implement AWS-based solutions that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.

  • Automate daily tasks and helping development teams to maintain and optimize apps & microservices hosted on AWS. Work on improving the configuration and automation of software code delivery efficiency.
  • Manage the build/test/release/deployment cycles of software components and their deliveries. Work with development teams to develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
  • System health and alerting. Implementing the efficient monitoring and alerting system; Identify and collect metrics.
  • L3 Support. Support the core infrastructure for our existing test and production environments and participate in on-call rotation to assist other engineers in quickly debugging and resolving production-related issues.
  • Stay up to date with the latest DevOps/AWS know-how technologies and incorporate the learning into Ananas processes. Acting as a mentor for younger colleagues and ambassador of DevOps principles.
Competencies:

Demonstrated/Senior work experience in: DevOps, CloudOps, System Administration, SRE or Development

  • Extensive experience with AWS and/or other Cloud technologies
  • Strong background in Linux (Command line, Bash scripting) and proficiency in networking
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and any of container runtimes
  • Experience with IaC (Terraform)
  • Experience working with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Spinnaker, ArgoCD, GitLab or similar)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have:

  • Solid programming skills (Python, Java, Go, Node.js or similar)
  • Experience with automation tools (such as Ansible)

People and team management: Organize, coordinate, and oversee the team of Cloud /DevOps and System Engineers to ensure targets are met; Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members, providing ongoing feedback and performance evaluations; Lead the hiring process, including technical interviews and test assessments; Develop growth plans for team members, define learning needs, and support their career advancement.

  • Technical excellence: Establish processes for cloud infrastructure, "infrastructure as code," CI/CD pipeline configuration, monitoring systems, and software component deployment; Plan, monitor and optimize cloud usage and costs; Organize, coordinate, and communicate system maintenance, migration, and integration projects; Stay on top of industry trends in cloud technologies, proposing new solutions or enhancements.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders: Acting as a first point of contact for Cloud Infrastructure topics; Collaborate with engineering teams and architects to define, manage, and update our platform, including overseeing the release process to ensure smooth and secure deployments.; Actively collaborate and communicate with Engineering and Product Managers and other stakeholders related to initiatives.
  • Reporting and tracking: Prepare regular reports and updates related to the team's work; Provide knowledge transfer, monitor the quality of work, and ensure timely reporting to leadership.
Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 10+ years of experience in DevOps/Cloud, Software Engineering and/or Linux/Windows System Administration.
  • Proven experience in leading SRE, Cloud /DevOps or System engineers.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architectures, with expertise in one or more cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Good understanding of Kubernetes architecture and container orchestration concepts
  • Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools for cloud environments, with a focus on optimizing system performance and reliability.
  • Setting team priorities, communicating expectations, and providing feedback and coaching

SOFTWARE QA ENGINEER

As a Software QA Engineer in Ananas, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of our platforms. You’ll be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test scenarios that drive the quality of our software. Working closely with developers, your insights and testing expertise will be key in delivering a seamless user experience across various platforms. Your focus will be on identifying and reporting bugs, improving product performance, and ensuring our software meets the highest standards.

Key responsibilities:

Test and verify software functionality, identify bugs, and create detailed bug reports.

  • Translate requirements, specifications and technical design documents into actionable Tast Plans and Test Cases.
  • Independently prepare test scenarios and execute manual Test Cases.
  • Perform responsive design and cross-platform testing.
  • Perform thorough regression testing.
  • Estimate QA tasks and contribute to quarterly planning and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless process.
