Ananas e-commerce je startup pokrenut od strane kompanije Delta Holding, sa misijom da povezuje kupce i trgovce na pouzdanoj regionalnoj platformi za online kupovinu. Ananas koristi najsavremenije tehnologije i konstantno uvodi inovacije kako bi online kupovinu učinio jednostavnom, lakom i dostupnom uvek i svuda.

Cilj nam je da postanemo najveća platforma za online kupovinu u regionu. Na samom početku ulazimo na tržište Srbije sa namerom da vrlo brzo budemo prisutni na tržištima Bosne i Hercegovine, Makedonije, Crne Gore, Hrvatske i Slovenije. Lansiranje platforme je planirano za leto 2021. godine.

Senior BI Developer

As a Senior BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing and constructing critical components of the BI platform, including dataflows, datasets, automated reports, DWH, advanced analytics visuals, and dashboards.

You have a unique opportunity to leverage data from different sources of Ananas ecosystem and transform them into valuable insights which help us make data driven decisions, support our business and improve customer experience.

Odgovornosti:

Using cloud storage and analytics services Amazon Redshift, MS Power BI, AWS Glue, Amazon S3, and so on, in order to build a modern BI platform as part of our analytics system.

  • Using BI tool on expert level, currently we use MS Power BI and it is one of the crucial tools for our users to gain insights to the business. You will get to design and build all the most important components like dataflows, datasets, automated reports, advanced analytics visuals and dashboards.
  • Modeling different analytical data layers as a basis for the reporting needs, intensively using and contributing to developing DWH built on Amazon Redshift, and developing basic ETL solutions.
  • Designing and developing end to end BI products and solutions, dealing with complete data lifecycle. It will go through data extraction, cleansing and preparation, transformation, modeling, processes automation, and so on.
  • Analyzing end users’ requirements, and acting as an advisor on getting the best value out of our data.
  • Supporting in setting company-wide key metrics related to different business areas e.g. logistic, marketing, sales, finance, etc.
  • Providing training to business end users, advocating self-serve reporting concept, and improving data literacy of the company.
  • Collaborate closely with data engineers and other departments in order to build a highly effective BI platform and to identify opportunities for data process improvement and automation.
Kompetencije:

Academic degree in informatics, mathematics, economics, or similar

  • 5+ years of working experience in BI Development, DWH, Analytics Engineering, or related role
  • Strong and active knowledge of SQL related to data extraction, transformation, and modelling
  • Relevant experience in any cloud-based data warehousing platform (preferably AWS Redshift, or Snowflake)

Odgovornosti:

Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes, systems and business needs and identify opportunities for improvement and automation through ERP. Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for customizations or enhancements to meet business needs.

  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including finance, procurement, and IT teams, to understand their functional requirements; Provide cost analyses, risk assessments and technical documentation.

Assortment Planning: Create and optimize product assortments within assigned categories. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new products, assess competition, and make data-driven assortment decisions. Ensure a well-balanced mix of products that meets customer preferences, generates strong sales performance, boosts gross profit margin for assigned categories, and ensures that stock rotation is in line or below with extended payment terms.

  • Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and promotions. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely product availability, maintain quality standards, and drive innovation within the category.
  • Sales and Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, product performance, and category trends. SENIOR DEVOPS ENGINEER

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing cloud-based solutions using AWS services. You will be an integral part of our team that literally serves as a "basket" for our exotic microservices that are building the Ananas ecosystem. Cloud infrastructure. Design, develop, and implement AWS-based solutions that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.

  • Automate daily tasks and helping development teams to maintain and optimize apps & microservices hosted on AWS. Work on improving the configuration and automation of software code delivery efficiency.
  • Manage the build/test/release/deployment cycles of software components and their deliveries. Work with development teams to develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
  • System health and alerting. Implementing the efficient monitoring and alerting system; Identify and collect metrics.
  • L3 Support. Support the core infrastructure for our existing test and production environments and participate in on-call rotation to assist other engineers in quickly debugging and resolving production-related issues.
  • Stay up to date with the latest DevOps/AWS know-how technologies and incorporate the learning into Ananas processes. Acting as a mentor for younger colleagues and ambassador of DevOps principles.

Define and maintain information related to material master data, purchase order types and pricing procedures

  • Implement and maintain relevant master data, including vendors, purchasing information records and sourcing lists
  • Set up and maintain the integration between SAP MM and other modules, such as SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO)

QA AUTOMATION ENGINEER (MEDIOR)

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites to ensure the quality and reliability of Ananas platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other QA engineers, to drive the automation testing efforts and improve our software development process.

Odgovornosti:
  • Preparation of test scenarios, planning and organization of testing, preparation of testing environment. Automation of test scenarios (regression, smoke, e2e, integration, etc.)
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and test frameworks using industry-standard tools and frameworks. Execute automated test suites and analyze test results to identify defects and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to identify test requirements and define test strategies for new features and enhancements. Analyzing test results and reporting bugs to manual testers.
  • Work closely with developers to facilitate the integration of automated tests into the continuous integration and delivery pipelines. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve testability, maintainability, and overall quality.
Kompetencije:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Kompetencije:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

FULFILLMENT CENTER INBOUND COORDINATOR

Fulfillment Center Inbound Coordinator manages the warehouse inbound operations for Ananas, making sure that the services of receipt, storage, return and claims, inventory management take place smoothly and in line with world best practice and user experience.

The Fulfillment Center Inbound Coordinator works closely with the Head of Supply Chain, the commercial team, 3PL logistics service providers as well as the Merchants themselves. The mission of the coordinator is to ensure that all these factors in the Fulfillment service chain have clear guidelines for meeting operating procedures at all times in order to attract as many Merchants as possible and increase the share of Ananas Direct shipments in relation to Dropshipping. Ultimate goal of the Fulfillment Center Coordinator is to guarantee that customers served by Ananas Direkt will have unparallel experience.

Odgovornosti:

Implement and control of operations Ananas Inbound Fulfillment Service: support in creating operational processes, training of 3PL service providers, support in creating instructions and their implementation

  • Support to the commercial team and Merchants in creating Inbound shipments, ensuring proper process of receiving goods, forwarding inbound reports, creating inbound documentation and stock reports. Identify problems and needs of Merchants related to the processes of providing Fulfillment services and propose solutions to improve penetration of share of sales through Fulfillment services.
  • Process and manage all claims & returns orders ensuring reliable and fast decision to be made and properly booked in Ananas systems.
  • Manage the Problem Solving area composed of 4 parts:
    • Part 1: Pending decision à fulfilled with the recent returns, damages, failed deliveries, that were inbounded and immediately moved to these shelve positions. Along the day, he is responsible to clean up the area and aim to have it totally empty by end of shift, having the goods moved to other permanent shelves
    • Part 2: Outlet à these are the goods received and identified not possible to be sold as new but that would fit for purpose to be sold for discounted prices (Ananas Outlet)
    • Part 3: Return to merchant/vendor à these shelves should be occupied with goods that were processed and decision made was to return to merchant or vendors. It is required to establish a routine process to clean up these goods at least on weekly basis
    • Part 4: Write-off à This is the area where we will position all goods that are severely damaged, with expired date passed, or leftovers of promos, gifts that will have no further utilization. It is required to establish a process to clean up this area at least on a monthly basis, which could comprehend actions like donation to employees, reallocation of some goods to our offices, or simply discarding of goods
  • Support the continuous improvement plan for the WMS development and fulfillment processes.

CATEGORY SPECIALIST

The CATEGORY SPECIALIST plays a crucial role in our organization in supporting category managers in assigned categories, managing product assortments of special non-core categories, and driving growth and profitability within the assigned category. The CATEGORY SPECIALIST will work closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of category plans and achieve business objectives.

Odgovornosti:

Assortment Management: Assist in creating and optimizing product assortments within the assigned category. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure a well-balanced and competitive product mix. Monitor product availability, identify gaps, and propose assortment improvements to meet customer needs.

  • Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to obtain necessary product information, pricing, and promotional details. Assist in negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and agreements with suppliers. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and address any supply chain or product-related issues. Actively support make-to-order and make-to-stock processes and ensure that all information’s shared on time and is accurate to other departments. 
  • Inventory Management: Support the Category Manager in monitoring and managing inventory levels within the category. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure sufficient stock levels, timely replenishment, and minimize stockouts or excess inventory. Assist in identifying slow-moving or obsolete products and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Assist in the development and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns within the category. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging product content, optimize product listings, and develop targeted promotional strategies. Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to align strategies, drive promotional campaigns, optimize inventory management, and enhance the overall customer experience.
