Ananas e-commerce je startup pokrenut od strane kompanije Delta Holding, sa misijom da povezuje kupce i trgovce na pouzdanoj regionalnoj platformi za online kupovinu. Ananas koristi najsavremenije tehnologije i konstantno uvodi inovacije kako bi online kupovinu učinio jednostavnom, lakom i dostupnom uvek i svuda.

Cilj nam je da postanemo najveća platforma za online kupovinu u regionu. Na samom početku ulazimo na tržište Srbije sa namerom da vrlo brzo budemo prisutni na tržištima Bosne i Hercegovine, Makedonije, Crne Gore, Hrvatske i Slovenije. Lansiranje platforme je planirano za leto 2021. godine.

As the Sales Manager for Cold Leads, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to drive growth and revenue for our company. You will manage the entire sales process from lead generation to onboarding and work closely with other teams to ensure consistency in messaging and approach. As the Sales Manager for Cold Leads, you will need to have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as a deep understanding of the sales process. You should be passionate about sales, have a results-driven mindset, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be assigned to a territory, and prospect leads and convert them to accounts, based on the business strategy needs.

Odgovornosti:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to generate and convert cold leads into onboarded merchants, leveraging various channels including cold-calling, email outreach, and networking events.

  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to onboarding, including negotiation of terms and contract agreements, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

FINANCE ASSOCIATE

Beograd

The Finance Associate is an experienced team member who is responsible for the daily correct and up-to-date management of financial documentation related to the import and export of goods. Excellent knowledge of price calculation, customs regulation and accounting principles, as well as knowledge of working in the SAP MM module are key to be successful in the position of Finance Associate. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance or accounting and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Odgovornosti:

Responsible for the document’s correctness and accuracy. Controls complete incoming and outgoing financial documentation.

  • Respects and fully complies with all applicable laws and regulations governing the import and export of goods. Calculates imports and domestic sales. Oversees and controls the arrival of goods at into the customs warehouse. Arranges for the customs clearance of products, monitors and controls transfers from the customs warehouse and posts transfers in SAP. Additionally, it manages the stock level at the customs warehouse.
  • Oversees and prepares of outbound invoices for both domestic and international traffic. Manage return of products, along with financial permissions. Records, monitors and controls contractual obligations.
  • Prepares reports for internal users and regularly communicates both internally and externally with all stakeholders.
  • Continuously monitoring and adhering to legal requirements in the area of its responsibilities (permits, declarations, certificates and decisions)

Kompetencije:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Belgrade, Serbia

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with merchants and driving their growth and success on our platform. You will play a critical role in identifying opportunities to increase GMV and number of active merchants, as well as in monitoring and analyzing merchant performance to identify areas for improvement. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to manage a portfolio of at least 100 merchants, increase GMV per account, and maintain high levels of merchant engagement and satisfaction.

Odgovornosti:

Managing and developing a portfolio of 100+ merchants accounts, ensuring that each account meets or exceeds the set KPIs, such as GMV, retention, and satisfaction, and implementing effective account management strategies.

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at each account, acting as a trusted advisor and providing guidance and support, while identifying areas for improvement and addressing them proactively.
  • Re-negotiating contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring that both parties are satisfied with the terms and conditions, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue and customer loyalty.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to include merchants in marketing activities on a regular and ad-hoc basis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new growth opportunities for each account, while staying aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

As a Database Administrator, you will configure, monitor and tune our microservice databases deployed on AWS. Further, you will be responsible for, development, implementation, maintenance and support of MySQL and PostgreSQL databases running on a wide range of platforms that are building the Ananas ecosystem. Odgovornosti:

Administering and maintaining our MySQL and PostgreSQL databases running on AWS. Building robust, reliable, and effective database management solutions for our microservices architecture and data infrastructure in innovative and cost effective way.

  • Monitor, analyze and resolve application availability, reporting and performance issues related to database infrastructure in coordination with Development, Data and DevOps teams. As needed, assist with development, migration, and integration initiatives.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks through query optimization, index tuning, and database parameter adjustments. Analyze database performance metrics and proactively implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and response times.
  • Recommends and performs improvements to database security measures to prevent unauthorized access or misuse of data.
  • Create and test data backups. Defines and performs Disaster Recovery procedures to ensure business continuity. Determine, enforce and document database policies, procedures and standards.
  • Provide data cleansing services, verifies data integrity, and implement access controls. Develop and implement database patching strategy to keep environment secure, reliable, and highly available.

As an Engineering Manager, your primary focus will be to manage the daily activities and priorities of the team, building and leading them. SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER IN TEST

Belgrade, Serbia

As a Senior Software Engineer in Test, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites to ensure the quality and reliability of Ananas platforms. You will bring the test automation expertise and culture to development team and be responsible for end to end processes.

Odgovornosti:

Preparation of test scenarios, planning and organization of testing, preparation of testing environment. Automation of test scenarios (regression, smoke, e2e, integration, etc.)

  • Designing and implementing infrastructure and test automation across the testing pyramid.
  • Developing and maintaining automated test scripts and test frameworks using industry-standard tools and frameworks. Executing automated test suites and analyze test results to identify defects and performance issues.
  • Working closely with other team members to facilitate the integration of automated tests into the continuous integration and delivery pipelines. Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to improve testability, maintainability, and overall quality.
  • Educating team about test automation best practices and working as an integral part of software development team (writing and maintaining code, creating pull requests, participation in code reviews and deployment).
Kompetencije:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Software Engineer in Test or Automation Engineer with strong proficiency in Java or JavaScript (with focus on React).

As a Content Specialist, you will be responsible for researching current and evergreen topics, keywords, and potential to create high-quality content. You will create content for e-commerce website pages and blogs, aligning with business and sales goals while proposing innovative ideas. You will utilize advanced technical tools to optimize content, continuously learn and expand knowledge in the e-commerce and digital marketing domains. Additionally, you will focus on writing meta tags and alt tags to optimize the website for search engines. All of this will be achieved through collaboration with team members, trend monitoring, and content performance analysis for continuous improvement of strategies.

Odgovornosti:

Research current and evergreen topics and keywords for content optimization, using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Determine the potential of keywords and adapt your approach to content creation.

  • Create content for web shop pages and the blog, aligning it with business and sales objectives. Propose innovative ideas for differentiation from competitors. Maintain brand consistency in the content.
  • Constantly learn and expand your knowledge in e-commerce and digital marketing. Analyze content performance and identify opportunities for optimization. Collaborate with teams to achieve synergy and define a comprehensive content strategy.

INTEGRATION COORDINATOR

Location: Belgrade

As the Integration Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the integration of our marketplace with new merchant partners. You will work directly to the Onboarding and integration manager and collaborating closely with the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for ensuring that all technical requirements are met, and all integrations are executed smoothly and efficiently.

Odgovornosti:

Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure that the integration process is efficient, including developing and maintaining integration documentation and resources.

  • Communicate regularly with merchant partners to provide updates on the integration process and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Lead post-integration testing and troubleshooting to ensure that all integrations are functioning properly and that our merchant partners have a positive experience throughout the onboarding process.

SENIOR DATA SCIENTIST/ML ENGINEER

As a Senior Data Scientist/ML Engineer, you'll collaborate with business teams to deliver scalable solutions, design and implement data processing pipelines and develop machine learning algorithms. You'll also measure the impact of ML models, improve performance, and communicate technical concepts effectively. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to architect our DataScience Lab at Ananas.   • Design and implement scalable data processing and machine learning pipelines.

The CATEGORY MANAGER plays a crucial role in our organization in implementing category strategies, managing product assortments, and driving growth and profitability within the assigned category. The CATEGORY MANAGER will work closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of category plans and achieve business objectives.

Odgovornosti:

Assortment Planning: Create and optimize product assortments within assigned categories. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new products, assess competition, and make data-driven assortment decisions. Ensure a well-balanced mix of products that meets customer preferences, generates strong sales performance, boosts gross profit margin for assigned categories, and ensures that stock rotation is in line or below with extended payment terms.

  • Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and promotions. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely product availability, maintain quality standards, and drive innovation within the category.
  • Sales and Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, product performance, and category trends.
