Ananas e-commerce is a startup founded by Delta Holding to connect shoppers and merchants on a reliable e-commerce platform. We are using the latest technology and innovation to make online shopping simple, easy, and always available.

We are aiming to become the biggest e-commerce platform in the Ex-YU region. Starting with Serbia, we are determined to shortly after be present on the markets of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, Croatia, and Slovenia. The platform launch is planned for summer 2021.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with merchants and driving their growth and success on our platform. You will play a critical role in identifying opportunities to increase GMV and number of active merchants, as well as in monitoring and analyzing merchant performance to identify areas for improvement.

Key responsibilities:

Managing and developing a portfolio of 100+ merchants accounts, ensuring that each account meets or exceeds the set KPIs (GMV, retention, and satisfaction).

  • Implementing effective account management strategies.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at each account.
  • Re-negotiating contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring that both parties are satisfied with the terms and conditions.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue and customer loyalty.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to include merchants in marketing activities on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new growth opportunities for each account.

SALES MANAGER

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to drive growth and revenue for our company. You will manage the entire sales process from lead generation to onboarding and work closely with other teams to ensure consistency in messaging and approach. As the Sales Manager, you will need to have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as a deep understanding of the sales process. You should be passionate about sales, have a results-driven mindset, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be assigned to a territory, and prospect leads and convert them to accounts, based on the business strategy needs.

Key responsibilities:

Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to generate and convert cold leads into onboarded merchants, leveraging various channels including -calling, email outreach, and networking events.

  • Managing the entire sales process from lead generation to onboarding, including negotiation of terms and contract agreements, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with marketing and other teams to ensure consistency in messaging and approach.

Education of merchants to use the order processing application

  • Control of the order processing and documentation
  • Monitoring of order processing deadlines with the aim of shortening the delivery period and improving the user experience

SENIOR BI DEVELOPER

As a Senior BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing and constructing critical components of the BI platform, including dataflows, datasets, automated reports, DWH, advanced analytics visuals, and dashboards.

You have a unique opportunity to leverage data from different sources of Ananas ecosystem and transform them into valuable insights which help us make data driven decisions, support our business and improve customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

Using cloud storage and analytics services Amazon Redshift, MS Power BI, AWS Glue, Amazon S3, and so on, in order to build a modern BI platform as part of our analytics system.

  • Using BI tool on expert level, currently we use MS Power BI and it is one of the crucial tools for our users to gain insights to the business. You will get to design and build all the most important components like dataflows, datasets, automated reports, advanced analytics visuals and dashboards.
  • Modeling different analytical data layers as a basis for the reporting needs, intensively using and contributing to developing DWH built on Amazon Redshift, and developing basic ETL solutions.
  • Designing and developing end to end BI products and solutions, dealing with complete data lifecycle. It will go through data extraction, cleansing and preparation, transformation, modeling, processes automation, and so on.
  • Analyzing end users’ requirements, and acting as an advisor on getting the best value out of our data.
  • Supporting in setting company-wide key metrics related to different business areas e.g. logistic, marketing, sales, finance, etc.
  • Providing training to business end users, advocating self-serve reporting concept, and improving data literacy of the company.
  • Collaborate closely with data engineers and other departments in order to build a highly effective BI platform and to identify opportunities for data process improvement and automation.
Competencies:

Academic degree in informatics, mathematics, economics, or similar

  • 5+ years of working experience in BI Development, DWH, Analytics Engineering, or related role
  • Strong and active knowledge of SQL related to data extraction, transformation, and modelling
