Sales Manager Cold Leads
Description:

As the Sales Manager for Cold Leads, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to drive growth and revenue for our company. You will manage the entire sales process from lead generation to onboarding and work closely with other teams to ensure consistency in messaging and approach. As the Sales Manager for Cold Leads, you will need to have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as a deep understanding of the sales process. FINANCE ASSOCIATE

The Finance Associate is an experienced team member who is responsible for the daily correct and up-to-date management of financial documentation related to the import and export of goods. Excellent knowledge of price calculation, customs regulation and accounting principles, as well as knowledge of working in the SAP MM module are key to be successful in the position of Finance Associate. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance or accounting and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for the document’s correctness and accuracy. Controls complete incoming and outgoing financial documentation.
- Respects and fully complies with all applicable laws and regulations governing the import and export of goods. Calculates imports and domestic sales. Oversees and controls the arrival of goods at into the customs warehouse. Arranges for the customs clearance of products, monitors and controls transfers from the customs warehouse and posts transfers in SAP. Additionally, it manages the stock level at the customs warehouse.
- Oversees and prepares of outbound invoices for both domestic and international traffic. Manage return of products, along with financial permissions. Records, monitors and controls contractual obligations.
- Prepares reports for internal users and regularly communicates both internally and externally with all stakeholders.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with merchants and driving their growth and success on our platform. You will play a critical role in identifying opportunities to increase GMV and number of active merchants, as well as in monitoring and analyzing merchant performance to identify areas for improvement. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to manage a portfolio of at least 100 merchants, increase GMV per account, and maintain high levels of merchant engagement and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
Managing and developing a portfolio of 100+ merchants accounts, ensuring that each account meets or exceeds the set KPIs, such as GMV, retention, and satisfaction, and implementing effective account management strategies.

FULFILLMENT CENTER INBOUND COORDINATOR
Belgrade, Serbia
Fulfillment Center Inbound Coordinator manages the warehouse inbound operations for Ananas, making sure that the services of receipt, storage, return and claims, inventory management take place smoothly and in line with world best practice and user experience.
The Fulfillment Center Inbound Coordinator works closely with the Head of Supply Chain, the commercial team, 3PL logistics service providers as well as the Merchants themselves. The mission of the coordinator is to ensure that all these factors in the Fulfillment service chain have clear guidelines for meeting operating procedures at all times in order to attract as many Merchants as possible and increase the share of Ananas Direct shipments in relation to Dropshipping. Ultimate goal of the Fulfillment Center Coordinator is to guarantee that customers served by Ananas Direkt will have unparallel experience.
Key responsibilities:
Implement and control of operations Ananas Inbound Fulfillment Service: support in creating operational processes, training of 3PL service providers, support in creating instructions and their implementation
- Support to the commercial team and Merchants in creating Inbound shipments, ensuring proper process of receiving goods, forwarding inbound reports, creating inbound documentation and stock reports. Identify problems and needs of Merchants related to the processes of providing Fulfillment services and propose solutions to improve penetration of share of sales through Fulfillment services.
- Process and manage all claims & returns orders ensuring reliable and fast decision to be made and properly booked in Ananas systems.
- Manage the Problem Solving area composed of 4 parts:
- Part 1: Pending decision à fulfilled with the recent returns, damages, failed deliveries, that were inbounded and immediately moved to these shelve positions. Along the day, he is responsible to clean up the area and aim to have it totally empty by end of shift, having the goods moved to other permanent shelves
- Part 2: Outlet à these are the goods received and identified not possible to be sold as new but that would fit for purpose to be sold for discounted prices (Ananas Outlet)
- Part 3: Return to merchant/vendor à these shelves should be occupied with goods that were processed and decision made was to return to merchant or vendors. It is required to establish a routine process to clean up these goods at least on weekly basis
- Part 4: Write-off à This is the area where we will position all goods that are severely damaged, with expired date passed, or leftovers of promos, gifts that will have no further utilization. It is required to establish a process to clean up this area at least on a monthly basis, which could comprehend actions like donation to employees, reallocation of some goods to our offices, or simply discarding of goods
- Support the continuous improvement plan for the WMS development and fulfillment processes.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS SPECIALIST
Belgrade, Serbia
As a Google Analytics specialist you will coordinate the implementation and optimization agenda for GA4 across the business, working across multiple channels and data sources to build accurate performance insights for platform and drive CRM and Performance marketing results.
Key responsibilities:
Leverage support of in-house Data Team, CRM and Performance Marketing teams to maintain and develop GA4 and GTM implementation.
- Work across multiple Ananas eCommerce platforms in different markets to define data architecture, and test deployment across owned channels.
- Work towards product roadmaps, translating requirements in the set-up of GA4 tagging and ensuring that Google Tag Manager and data Layers are integrated across channels.
- Setup and maintain GA4 Properties and user interface configurations, refreshing and updating as regularly as necessary.
- Ensure all methodologies and implementation specifications are well documented.
- Advocate quality and standardization of data capture across web properties and mobile apps, investigate data quality issues and work with colleagues in the Marketing team to troubleshoot and problem solve tracking issues that arise.
- Perform regular analytics health checks in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and leverage processes to interrogate data quality when it comes to new implementations and the roll-out of tracking enhancements.
- Deliver valuable product and behavioral insights for Product teams to enable key product development decision-making and assist with measuring how data aligns with Marketplace KPIs, offering suggestions and identifying opportunities for growth and how to drive additional revenue.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams and escalate issues for support with relevant teams for investigation where needed.
- Act as subject matter expert on GA4 implementation to establish best practice, knowledge sharing, community engagement and support for local markets with ad hoc analysis and training
Competencies:
At least 3 years of experience using digital analytics to drive business/marketing results.
- User of digital analytics tools - GA4.
- Good knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
- Knowledge in setting up and optimizing retargeting data for performance marketing campaigns on various platforms.
- Previous experience in digital implementation preferably in an e-commerce role.
- Experience working with data layers.
- Fluent in English (B2).
