Ananas e-commerce je startup pokrenut od strane kompanije Delta Holding, sa misijom da povezuje kupce i trgovce na pouzdanoj regionalnoj platformi za online kupovinu. Ananas koristi najsavremenije tehnologije i konstantno uvodi inovacije kako bi online kupovinu učinio jednostavnom, lakom i dostupnom uvek i svuda.

Odgovornosti:
Cloud infrastructure. Design, develop, and implement AWS-based solutions that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
- Automate daily tasks and helping development teams to maintain and optimize apps & microservices hosted on AWS. Work on improving the configuration and automation of software code delivery efficiency.

FINANCE ASSOCIATE

The Finance Associate is an experienced team member who is responsible for the daily correct and up-to-date management of financial documentation related to the import and export of goods. Excellent knowledge of price calculation, customs regulation and accounting principles, as well as knowledge of working in the SAP MM module are key to be successful in the position of Finance Associate. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance or accounting and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Odgovornosti:
Responsible for the document’s correctness and accuracy. Controls complete incoming and outgoing financial documentation.
- Respects and fully complies with all applicable laws and regulations governing the import and export of goods. Calculates imports and domestic sales. Oversees and controls the arrival of goods at into the customs warehouse. Arranges for the customs clearance of products, monitors and controls transfers from the customs warehouse and posts transfers in SAP. Additionally, it manages the stock level at the customs warehouse.
- Oversees and prepares of outbound invoices for both domestic and international traffic. Manage return of products, along with financial permissions. Records, monitors and controls contractual obligations.
- Prepares reports for internal users and regularly communicates both internally and externally with all stakeholders.
- Continuously monitoring and adhering to legal requirements in the area of its responsibilities (permits, declarations, certificates and decisions)

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with merchants and driving their growth and success on our platform. You will play a critical role in identifying opportunities to increase GMV and number of active merchants, as well as in monitoring and analyzing merchant performance to identify areas for improvement. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to manage a portfolio of at least 100 merchants, increase GMV per account, and maintain high levels of merchant engagement and satisfaction.

Managing and developing a portfolio of 100+ merchants accounts, ensuring that each account meets or exceeds the set KPIs, such as GMV, retention, and satisfaction, and implementing effective account management strategies.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at each account, acting as a trusted advisor and providing guidance and support, while identifying areas for improvement and addressing them proactively.

Payment assistant

PAYMENT ASSISTANT
Belgrade, Serbia
As a Payment Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire payment process on the Ananas platform, ensuring customer satisfaction and minimizing losses due to untimely processing of payment transactions. Your primary focus will be to work closely with payment service providers on the one hand, while on the other, you communicate further with internal sectors and support services, so that checks of financial flows through and out of the system follow the required legal procedures and internally set processes.
Odgovornosti:
Develops and maintains the coherence of the system of keeping records and archiving reports on payment transactions and all accompanying documentation
- Cooperates with payment service providers (banks and payment institutions), courier companies and other partners that provide collection services and execution of payment transactions
- Takes care of the effective functioning of the payment system on the Ananas platform, as well as during courier delivery, i.e. PUDO locations, Parcel zones and indicates possible inconsistencies.
- Provides support to other organizational parts with the aim of efficient and timely execution of payment transactions and directing cash flows (to merchants and consumers)
- Monitors and applies relevant regulations and standards in the field of electronic commerce, payment systems and other related areas

DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR

As a Database Administrator, you will configure, monitor and tune our microservice databases deployed on AWS. Further, you will be responsible for, development, implementation, maintenance and support of MySQL and PostgreSQL databases running on a wide range of platforms that are building the Ananas ecosystem. Odgovornosti:
Administering and maintaining our MySQL and PostgreSQL databases running on AWS. Building robust, reliable, and effective database management solutions for our microservices architecture and data infrastructure in innovative and cost effective way.
- Monitor, analyze and resolve application availability, reporting and performance issues related to database infrastructure in coordination with Development, Data and DevOps teams. As needed, assist with development, migration, and integration initiatives.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks through query optimization, index tuning, and database parameter adjustments. Analyze database performance metrics and proactively implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and response times.
- Recommends and performs improvements to database security measures to prevent unauthorized access or misuse of data.
- Create and test data backups. Defines and performs Disaster Recovery procedures to ensure business continuity. Determine, enforce and document database policies, procedures and standards.
- Provide data cleansing services, verifies data integrity, and implement access controls. Develop and implement database patching strategy to keep environment secure, reliable, and highly available.
- Close cooperation with Development, Data and Ops teams. Participate in 24/7 support for any critical production issues and provide mentorship and guidance to team colleagues.
Kompetencije:
5+ years of experience with Databases administration experience – from installation, maintenance, development, optimization, and performance tuning
- Demonstrated experience with Cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure) and microservices
- Proficient in AWS RDS, Aurora MySQL and PostgreSQL management, including setup, configuration, and optimization
- Experience in automation of database infrastructure deployment and maintenance
- Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English.

ENGINEERING MANAGER

As an Engineering Manager, your primary focus will be to manage the daily activities and priorities of the team, building and leading them. You will collaborate closely with our Product Managers to craft new features and improvements for the Ananas platform. Additionally, you will guide the development of initiatives and features through various phases of the life cycle.

Establishes and leads engineering teams through candidate selection and interviews, onboarding, organizing work activities, setting goals and expectations and monitoring their performance.
- Performs regular 1:1s with team members and ensures continuous feedback; Evaluates team members through regular performance evaluation cycles.
- Creates and monitors development plans for team members, defines learning needs and ensures career development movements.

10+ years of experience in software engineering
- Proven experience in leading engineering teams and people management
- A proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, hiring, onboarding, and professional development
- Experience in planning and executing complex multi-team products, creating teams, and overseeing execution to meet commitments and deliver with predictability
- Experience in release process, resolving blockages and coordination of deliveries.
- Strong technical background in various programming languages, software architecture and methodologies
- Exceptional leadership, communication and prioritization skills.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be working alongside our creative team in the conceptualization, design and development of creative content for all marketing initiatives. You will assist in creating a strong visual presence for the company across all platforms.

Concept, design and develop creative content that supports internal and merchant campaigns, advertising and performance marketing.
- Create different type of content for digital and print materials such as social media graphics, website assets, landing pages, email campaigns, marketing collateral, and branding materials.
